The former president's Family Member Gets Expert Advice from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

Emerging athlete preparing for major tournament

This young athlete maintains considerable social media audience

The young golfer can count on plenty of prominent supporters as she makes her LPGA debut later this week.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to compete at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, owns numerous international courses and regularly plays against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we have some close matches," she mentioned.

The golfer shared that Trump, who cannot attend, told her: "Simply don't get nervous."

"My grandpa practically suggested to play and have fun," she explained.

"To me, he's simply an ordinary family member. He can't make it this weekend. He's focused on running the country, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments in 2024 and holds ranking 461 in AJGA rankings.

However she can seek guidance from golf legend, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He stands as the greatest golfer in the world," the young golfer said.

"And he's a more impressive individual. He advised me to go out there, relax, and go with whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple top competitors in professional golf at the competition, such as world number two Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence exposes golf to wider groups, especially with the next generation.

The young star boasts substantial online presence and just introduced a personal clothing and lifestyle company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
