Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe

For an elegant surprise, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Yields one serving

30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
